Vallarta - "First World Class North American Retirement/Active Adult Community in Mexico" USMDC was the original developer and then co-developer with Front Porch of California in this $49 million project in Mexico. USMDC found the property, the investors, the debt, and the US medical services putting together the very attractive beach front project called "LUMA Living" in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico now owned jointly by Front Porch Development Company, and the Romo Group of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The project is within the Paradise Village Resort.

Cabo San Lucas, Baja California - a 40 acre beachfront property, future site for luxury hotel and condominiums. USMDC sold 100% ownership of the property.

Loreto, Baja California - a ten court Tennis Center, including stadium court where ESPN televised John McEnroe and Raul Ramirez Tennis Tournaments for five years.

Cuernavaca, Mexico - an 18 acre project including Tennis Center Hotel and Villas, on behalf of a US owner, USMDC sold 100% ownership of the property.

Guaymas, Sonora - USMDC sold solar energy panel hot water system contract to the contractor for Club Med.

6. Cancun - Jeffrey Peters arranged for signing of joint venture between Sheraton corporation and Grupo ICA.

7. Cancun, Mexico - a 725 acre project, ;25 minutes south of the Cancun airport, including Hotel, Condominiums and Villas, plus a future golf course. On behalf of a Mexican Client USMDC sold 50% ownership of the project to a US Purchaser.

8. Mexico City - arranged sale of fully leased commercial office building (3,500 square meters).
